I had to send one thing back and it was easier than I thought it’d be. The refund took a few days or so to show up, but support got back to me and helped sort it out. I’d probably use them again...

I had a problem with one of the items in my crate, so I contacted them without really knowing how it would go. They got back to me quickly and were genuinely nice about the whole thing.
They sent out a replacement without making it feel like a big ordeal, which I really appreciated. It took a little while to arrive, but in the end I felt taken care of and walked away feeling really happy with how they handled it.

I really appreciate that when I check LitJoy, the stuff I want is usually actually in stock. With some shops, it feels like everything is sold out all the time, but I haven’t had that issue much here. Even when something does sell out, the restocks are easy to catch if you’re paying attention. Overall, I’d say LitJoy is one of the better places to shop if you don’t want to constantly miss out...

When the box showed up, I had that little moment of panic because one corner had taken a hit. Very dramatic of me, I know. But thankfully, once I opened it up, everything inside was perfectly fine and untouched. I do think it could’ve used a bit more padding for peace of mind, but overall, the whole thing turned out totally okay and I was happy with it.
